WHY You Can't Play POLYPHIA
Why is Polyphia so difficult to learn on the guitar? Well lately I had a guitar student ask to learn Neurotica by Polyphia - and it was pretty eye opening!
Tim Henson and Scott Lepage are such fantastic guitar players that have innovated the instrument so much in such a short space of time, bring a modern twist to how it can be played.
With all that being said - how is it trying to learn to play Polyphia as a guitarist who has been playing in a very traditional way for 20 years? Turns out, not so easy!
I'm definitely not saying you can't achieve it - this is just my thoughts on why learning Polyphia is so challenging (but not impossible!)
