Dr. Joaquin Berrón finished his education from Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico City, Mexico. He completed his 2 year GPR (General Practice Residency) program in Mexico. Dr. Berrón says dental implants had just emerged in the 90s in Mexico when he started with them.
In order to develop his surgical skills he was continuously updating himself with the latest in implant technology by attending seminars and other various programs.
Consequently, he completed his one year Implant and Aesthetic Fellowship Program at the Louisiana State University (LSU) in New Orleans, US and then later on the behest of the Chairman he coordinated the same program at LSU.
Dr. Berrón’s clinic in Cancun, Mexico specializes in smile makeovers, dental implants, veneers, crowns and other cosmetic procedures. They have been performing oral rehabilitations and complex dental implant procedures for over three decades now.
The dental clinic has its own lab where dental prosthesis such as crowns, dentures and veneers are fabricated. All this is undertaken by a well-renowned ceramist of Cancun area who has an experience of over two decades.
