New Flexible Components in SOLIDWORKS 2020

SOLIDWORKS 2020 introduces a completely new capability to define and visualize flexible components in an assembly with motion. In-context relations are re-mapped for each part instance without requiring additional separate configurations or copies of the component. Part shape and position update automatically after assembly motion to maintain accurate and realistic visualizations of parts such as springs, bellows, covers, and hinges. Braxton Kersting shows how the features are set up and used using bellows on a water jet nozzle assembly.
