With senior reserve offensive linemen Aaryn Parks and Jakai Moore out indefinitely with injuries, there are different scenarios as far as depth is concerned that have changed for the 2024 South Carolina Gamecocks football season. Outside of Parks, a transfer portal addition from Oklahoma, and Moore, who has been with the program since 2019, Carolina stayed relatively injury-free during the preseason, head coach Shane Beamer's fourth in Columbia.
Carolina opens on Saturday, Aug. 31, at 4:15 p.m. at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, S.C., against the Old Dominion Monarchs of the Sun Belt Conference. The game will be televised live by the SEC Network.
