Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition - Drake | Hard Playthrough
This is part of my new and improved Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition campaign playthrough on hard. We have a whole host of new scenarios!
Drake might be one of my favourite missions in terms of theme, but I do wish it had been executed differently. I love the pirate theme, I love the plundering and boarding mechanics! I absolutely despise having to keep 3 relatively low HP units alive, and would've loved for the mission not be fixed forces, instead forcing you to balance plundering and retraining units (especially in the event boarding ships could be trained en masse).
