Here's how to enable the hidden Dark Theme in Windows 10
1-Tap the Windows Key + R to launch a run dialog, then type 'regedit'
2-Press Enter
3-Now, browse to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - Microsoft -Windows - CurrentVersion - Themes - Personalize
4-If you can't see a folder marked Personalize, right-click on Themes and select New - Key.
5-Once it has been created, name it Personalize
6-Right-click on Personalize and select New - DWORD (32-bit) Value.
7-Name this AppsUseLightTheme and set its value to 0.
8-Perform steps 3 and 4 again in the following location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER - SOFTWARE - Microsoft - Windows - CurrentVersion - Themes - Personalize
9-Log out of your account.
10-And log back in.
