Simple Duplicate Layer in After Effects Tutorial
This tutorial shows you how to duplicate a layer or multiple layers in After Effects.
To duplicate a layer in After Effects, select the layer in the Timeline panel. Then use the keyboard shortcut Command+D (Mac) or Control+D (Windows). You can also go up to the Edit menu and select Duplicate.
To duplicate multiple layers, select them all in the Timeline. You can use Command+A (Mac) or Control+A (Windows) to select all layers. Or you can Shift+click or Command/Control+click to select multiple layers. Then repeat the same process. Cmd/Ctrl+D or the Edit menu then Duplicate.
