The Purchase Card (P-Card) system is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) electronic web-hosted procurement tool of the Gauteng Provincial Government targeting EME- and preferential procurement suppliers. P-Card is a platform that the department uses to enable faster procurement and payment of transactions with a total value of up to R30 000.
