Switch From 1903 to 1909
This tutorial will show you how to install enablement package which will update to and enable the 1909 update version from windows 10 1903 update .

Note : install all necessary updates from windows update or install manually from the link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/h...

Note 2 : follow the video for the password of the zip file and procedure

for 64 bit

DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:c:\windows10.0-kb4517245-x64.cab

for 32bit
