Hello DIGITAL FRIENDS,

WOW, THAT WAS COLD. What a challenge...I'm really happy that I (we) did it. We took an ice-cold bath in a mountain lake called Eibsee and I don't remember ever feeling such a pervasive cold. Please do not do this unsupervised or untrained. I tried taking cold showers every morning for a week before to get used to the cold. Stay safe friends!!
