Want an easy tailgate recipe? Here it is!!!

Ingredients:
Sausage
Bacon
Cream Cheese
Grated Cheese
Jalapeno
BBQ seasoning (we used Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster)

Cut sausage into 1/2 slices
Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around sausage
Pin in place with toothpick
Combine cream cheese(room temperature), grated cheese, jalapeno and bbq seasoning.
Pipe cream cheese mixture into bacon.

Cook on smoker at 325 for approximately 45 minutes. Remove toothpicks and enjoy! It's that easy!!!
