The newest "Developers Discussion" article dropped out a few days ago (06/20/23). Since not many players in the community are reading these articles most, of us ( myself included) ignore them.
This time around they talk about some interesting stuff like a lot of in-game optimizations coming in version 3.8 that for once are relevant to the game.
The new "Multi-Layered Map" coming in version 4.0. A very needed feature.
You don't have to use external sites like "Teyvat Interactive Map" to track the underground areas anymore.
But the biggest thing is "THE NEW PERMANENT EVENTS TO THE GAME" that will be the "NEW ENDGAME CONTENT"
They didn't give a date for this one but they mentioned that they are considering adding a new form of permanent events in the game.
These are some exciting news to her for all Genshin Impact Players.
