How to enable 120fps on non-whitelisted GPU and/or CPU:
Download "DB Browser for SQLite"
Go to Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Saved\LocalStorage and open LocalStorage.db on DB Browser
Change "CustomFrameRate" from 60 to 120
NOTE: If you updated Wuwa from a version older than 1.2 you might need to delete the LocalStorage.db, then open the game so it creates a new one, set the graphics settings you want to use, close the game, and then edit the newly created LocalStorage.db
NOTE 2: Changing graphics settings in game can reset the frame cap back to 60. In that case finish setting whatever settings you wanted to use and then close the game and go edit the frame cap in the LocalStorage.db

Wuthering Waves (simplified Chinese: 鸣潮; traditional Chinese: 鳴潮; pinyin: Míng Cháo; lit. 'Sound Tide') is a free-to-play action role-playing game developed and published by the game company Kuro Games. It was released on May 23, 2024 (UTC+8).
A gacha game with an open world aspect, Wuthering Waves has been compared to other titles such as Genshin Impact. It aims to place more of an emphasis on combat than its predecessors.[1]
Wuthering Waves is set in a futuristic post-apocalyptic open world, where a mysterious catastrophe known as the Lament swept the globe, wiping out most of humanity and leaving it on the verge of extinction. After the calamity, unknown beings and monsters appeared around the world, but humanity soon adapted to the threat and found a way to cope and live with the monsters, slowly rebuilding civilization.
The story follows the amnesiac Rover, who has awoken from their deep slumber. On the Rover's journey, they will explore the vast lands and will be greeted by a new world filled with novel sights and new technologies.
Wuthering Waves is set in an open world.[2] The player gets to control the protagonist, the Rover, as well as recruited units called Resonators, which are split into 4-star and 5-star rarities.[1] The endgame content features varying modes where characters can be used in a series of combat challenges.[3]
The game's gacha system features banners known as Convenes, where Resonators and weapons can be obtained. There are three types of Convenes: novice, event, and standard. A pity system guarantees that 5-star items are obtained within a set amount of pulls.[4]
Wuthering Waves was revealed on May 23, 2022 on Kuro Games' social media accounts. It was first announced for the iOS platform on March 25, 2024.[5]
The game underwent two closed beta tests, with the second concluding in March 2024. After the first closed beta test, the story content was largely reworked in response to player feedback that it felt "uncomfortable".[3]
On March 29, 2024, it was announced that Wuthering Waves was to be released on iOS, Android, and PC via the Epic Games Store, on May 22, 2024.[6]
In May 2024, it was announced that Wuthering Waves will be released through the Mac App Store in the future.[7]
