How to get Indirect Soft Shadows in Unreal Engine - Quick UE4 Tutorial

Basically, we are using the physics asset capsules to generate these fake shadows and it's only indirect, which means when the directional light will hit the mesh these shadows will go away. it has no performance cost in my preference.
There is another way to do this and that's done with the help of mesh distance field which can be enabled easily in the project settings. but it can eat a little bit of the performance. for more explanation follow me down below.
