I had issues with enabling the feature from windows server manager but found a few solutions that I want to share with you

Error:- Installation of one or more roles, role service of features failed,
the source file could not be found. try installing the roles role or service or features again in a new add role features wizard.

Using Add Roles and Features - specify Alternative Path.
