A day in the life of an Environmental Engineering PhD during a pandemic
Today I am going through what it is like to head back to Duke University to finish my last year of a PhD during COVID-19. Our labs shutdown in march and opened up the first week of June. This is a view of what campus was like when only researchers and other essential employees were allowed on campus. To be on campus and do research we are required to submit daily symptom logs, update lab shifts, wear a mask, and sanitize often. Hope you enjoy some of the lab work I was able to do this summer and the views of Duke University. This is a day in the life of a Environmental Engineer.
