I honestly made this video about a month 1/2 ago and I was in the thick of a breakdown. I did know how to get out of my head about being a terrible mother. I could not fully give to my kids while I was dealing with my own internal pain.

I don’t know when it started, I’m thinking when I found out I was pregnant for the 4th time to be honest and not being where I want to be in life. It’s tough. I’ve been making videos so ordinary mothers can relate and feel less alone.

We see so many “perfect” families on the internet and let me tell you, we are not them lol. I want to show REAL LIFE. It’s beautiful yes, but it’s also real things that happens off camera. I’m that off camera typa gal.
