The Neghban Ramzan Program, an initiative launched by Punjab's Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has launched its Rashan distribution in Rajanpur district. The program, valued at Rs. 64 billion is being allocated to help 64,000 underprivileged individuals in the district.
The Deputy Commissioner of Hafizabad, Sundas Irshad, who is in charge of overseeing the packing and distribution process, pointed out that this initiative is a unique one in the country's history. The Rashan bags, which contain ten kilograms of flour, two kilograms of sugar, rice, ghee, and gram flour, are delivered directly to the people's homes, ensuring a dignified and respectful process that does not harm the self-esteem of the beneficiaries.
