Soviet An-8 Military Transport Aircraft
The An-8 is the first "flying whale" from the Antonov design bureau. First flight of An-8 prototype February 11, 1956. The An-8 aircraft were serially built at Factory No. 84 (in Tashkent) from 1958-1961 (149 built).
