That's my Desire Armstrong/ Middleton 1951
Louis Armstrong's early All Stars in Rome. Probably his best combination with vocalist Velma Middleton, Barney Bigard clarinet, Jack Teagarden trombone, Earl Hines piano, Arvell Shaw bass and Cozy Coledrums.
Recorded somewhere in Italy in 1951 we see Velma and Louis doing the vocal on That's my Desire. Either this tune or Baby, it's cold outside were were two of the tunes they performed at almost every concert.
