Fix Free Transform Proportional Scale in Photoshop CC 2019 & 2020
Free transform is totally not the same as it used to be in older versions of Photoshop. Formally when scaling proportionally you must press & hold SHIFT + ALT to do so. But in the newer versions of Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 & 2020 everything changed completely due to the new features updates in the earlier versions of the program.
In this tutorial, I will show you how to fix it and restore "FREE TRANSFORM" back to how it was formally.
