Through twelve interactive exhibit galleries packed with rare artifacts, the museum explores the story of Gettysburg like you’ve never seen or heard it before from prehistoric times to the present.
Don’t miss Caught in the Crossfire, the museum’s premier exhibit, featured in The Washington Post and National Geographic. In Crossfire, you will see, hear, and feel what it was like for one Gettysburg family to be overrun by invading forces and trapped behind enemy lines during this harrowing event.
Beyond the Battle is USA TODAY's Best New Museum and a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award winner. The museum was also named Gettysburg's Greatest Museum by Celebrate Gettysburg.
