Apex Rathian is an Apex Variant of Rathian introduced in Monster Hunter Rise. Its appearance is extremely similar to a Dreadqueen Rathian, having multiple red scars on her body and red eyes. The eyes and scars glow bright red when enraged. Her teeth are a lot sharper than a normal Rathian, and her wings and legs have either new or bigger spikes. Furthermore, similar to the Dreadqueen, her tail has much bigger spines than normal.
