"In Dark Places" is a 1997 American psychological thriller film directed by James C.E. Burke. The film follows Chapelle, a sexy and mysterious painter who has endured a painful childhood at the hands of her abusive father. Seeking revenge for her painful past, Chapelle uses her seductive art and beauty to separate her half-brother and his best friend. A dangerous and complicated love triangle ensues, leading to tense and dramatic situations. The film stars Joan Severance, Bryan Kestner, John Vargas, Suzanne Turner and Dendrie Taylor.
