Third episode of another new show to my channel - from 1996, this is "Townies" - a great comedy show, which was due to run for 15 episodes, but the last 5 episodes never made it to air.
So will post what I can.
This third episode is called "The Kiss", and first aired on Oct 2nd 1996.
Stars Molly Ringwald, Bill Burr, Jenna Elfman, Lauren Graham and Ron Livingston.
I found it great - especially seeing Bill Burr so young, and the comedy between everyone was spot on.
Strange that this show never caught on - it has a definite "Friends" feel, and was seeming to be getting better and better, when it got canned mid season.
Most odd - I loved it anyway.
Resolution increased to Widescreen 720p.
