Puzzle Quest 3 is the latest instalment of the classic puzzle-RPG series that first made waves back in 2007. A massive hit on the PSP and Nintendo DS, it became regarded as one of the best in its genre, with deep, satisfying RPG mechanics and narrative underpinning the surprisingly nuanced match-3 combat system. Now, the threequel has appeared on mobile, boasting updated visuals, a new story, and a lot of impressive new spells and weaponry. But can it recapture the magic?
