Emma Lawson Garage Gym Tour
Rogue athlete and 2022 CrossFit Rookie of the Year Emma Lawson gives us an exclusive tour of her home gym. A native of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, Emma was introduced to CrossFit at just 7 years of age. Now 18, she continues to train in a garage gym shared with her similarly fitness-minded parents and sister. The gear in the Lawson gym, however, goes well beyond the typical family workout room.
