Hello everyone! Over the past few days, my father has joined us during our practice sessions in Germany to help me adjust our two models for the 2024 F3A European Championship.
In recent years, with electric motors, fewer people have focused on having two identical models. In the past, with internal combustion engines, it was really necessary to have two models due to frequent failures and other issues. In any case, after preparing for an entire year, I truly believe that if you can, it is still important to have two models that are as similar as possible. The goal is to achieve the same sensitivity in the control of both models, correcting the flaws of one with the strengths of the other and in the process, enhancing both aircraft.
Throughout the year, I make small adjustments while combining practices with both models in different days. Some days though, especially close to the important events of the year, it's crucial to fly them back-to-back on the same day and time, under identical atmospheric conditions and performing the P-25 and F-25 sequences. The ultimate goal is to make it difficult for the pilot to choose a favorite model.
