United Silicone, an ITW Decorating Company, specializes in the design and production of standard and custom hot stamp and heat transferrable decorating machines. These machines can range from half ton to 24 ton. Hot stamping uses a combination of temperature, pressure, and dwell to transfer an image from a carrier to a part. Safety plays a big role in keeping all of that production on track, avoiding unplanned down time, and maintaining efficiency, which is why United Silicone relies on TRISAFE, from Phoenix Contact. We utilize the TRISAFE to monitor multiple safety devices, all of which can all be wired to the same controller for ease of programming, ease of wiring.
