Transcript: - Hi, I'm Tony Collins. I'm the warehouse manager here at SWI Machinery in Fairburn, Georgia. SWI makes machinery that's used for making metal buildings, metal roofing, and other various types of metal working equipment. We deal with big businesses and the small mom and pop businesses, so our machinery is used to help the small guy and the big guy. We wanted to try to make our product better, so we started with relays. It was small things like, so we have a instrument panel for on our, highest selling, you know, product. From there, we started to decide, okay, we have the products inside our uncoiler, you know, the whole electrical panel. Now, we had a challenge of faster. Faster, because we were growing at a, at a substantial rate and we couldn't keep up. So, we called our trusty rep. He came in and said, "Hey we have machine that measures the length of the wire and cuts it and then we have a machine that terminates the end." So it was like, hey, we could use that, we can use that. That's going to make our job a lot faster. And then we went back and we, and and our rep, Jussara told us, hey we could put most of your parts on the rails for you. So now we even, now we even get our stuff already on a rail and everything, we just have to attach it to the board. Yeah, our representative, her name is Jussara and she comes by at least once a month. I guess people like to say, she's a godsend. I mean, she's always on top of things. And she's going to bring us stuff when she gets it, she's going to bring it, she think we can, she think we needs it, she bring it by, let us demo it. I mean, she just, she's great. So everything that we have here, we had a demo first. So they brought it in, demonstrated to us, and we saw, hey, this can work. So they have a lot of expertise in in all the different areas so we know when we get something that is exactly what we need.--
