SEAI | Dublin house achieves A1 BER with Electric Ireland Superhomes
This homeowner lives in a semi-detached house in Co. Dublin and it was built around 1950. They worked with the One Stop Shop Electric Ireland Superhomes.
The works included:
• attic insulation,
• external wall insulation,
• new door,
• airtightness,
• an air to water heat pump (replaced gas boiler),
• demand control ventilation,
• and Solar PV + Battery store system - 8 panels 3KW system.
It has gone from a D2 in Nov 2022 to an A1 in Oct 2023.
