In this tutorial, I’m sharing my latest quilt design, inspired by the legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Using fabric from Cloud 9’s "March Balloons" collection, we’ll walk through the step-by-step process of creating this stunning quilt, which echoes Wright's design principles of simplicity, harmony, and bold horizontal and vertical lines.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced quilter, this project comes together quickly with simple cutting and piecing techniques. Plus, I’ll show you how to feature the beautiful, large-scale prints from the collection to create a quilt that resembles Wright’s iconic stained glass windows.
Kits for this quilt are available in two colorways: a bright version (featured in the video) and a soothing watercolor option with blues, greens, and purples. You can find both kits exclusively at Vintage Pink and Green.

I hope you enjoy this project as much as I enjoyed making it, and I’d love to see your finished quilts! Be sure to share your creations and let me know what you think in the comments. Happy quilting!
