Montreal Ice Strom 2023 Aftermath. Walk in Beaconsfield in West Island.
I’m visiting Beaconsfield in the West Island of Montreal to document the aftermath of the ice storm. The West Island area was struck particularly hard by the ice storms, knocking out power for almost all residents. Lots of broken tree branches are still piled up on the streets waiting to be shredded by the city. Some residents are using power generators for electricity.
