My Thoughts on it:
The tanks has good armor and a good gun, but the mobility is kinda bad comapred to the buff premium mbt at tier 10. you can really feel the diffrents in mobility. The Recon optics ability is ussless, beucase at the start mbt cant spot anything anyway.
