Modular Community Meeting #8: MAX driver & engine APIs, Magic AMA, and Unicode support in Mojo
In this community meeting, Jakub introduced us to the MAX Driver Python and Mojo APIs, which provide a unified interface for interacting with CPUs and GPUs, as well as tensor allocation and conversion. Next, Zac and Chris Lattner answered questions from the community about Modular's new package manager, Magic, which builds on the Conda and Pixi ecosystems and enables developers to install both Mojo and Python dependencies. Finally, Maxim talked about support for Unicode and case conversions in the Mojo standard library.
