Welcome to my Holiday Appetizer Series. I'll be bringing you delicious appetizers and easy to make appetizers perfect for the holiday season. In this video I'm making a classic artichoke dip. I hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!

Artichoke Dip:
Two 14oz cans of artichokes (in the brine/water)
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic
pepper to taste
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
