A 16 day visualization of the donation count during the first 16 days of both TeamSeas and TeamTrees, compared as if they had started at the same time. TeamTrees is one of the few fundraisers that is comparable to TeamSeas, so this video compares their growth rates.

Both fundraisers are led by MrBeast and Mark Rober, along with many other creators. TeamTrees was started in October 2019 with a goal of raising $20M to plant 20M trees. TeamSeas was started in October 2021 with a goal of raising $30M to remove 30M pounds of trash from our ocean, rivers, and beaches.
