Judge Gull, defense team is all about theory and speculation and conjecture, and none of their claims are supported by factual evidence, but the Indiana state police have evidence and they’re breaking it down tonight, right here
Casey: Welcome back to True Crime Pursuit, I’m Casey.
Greeno : And I’m Greeno . Today, we have a significant update on the Delphi double homicide case against Richard Allen in Delphi, Indiana.
Casey: That’s right. Just today, the judge issued a ruling on the motion in limine. In this order, she has decided to exclude all mentions of Odinism, any talks of a ritualistic sacrifice, and any references to Ron Logan, Keegan and Tony Klein, or any other individuals who have been cleared by law enforcement and exonerated by the court.
Greeno : This is a major development. The judge is essentially putting a halt on Allen’s third-party defense theory, which has been a strong narrative among thousands, if not millions, of people for the last year.
Casey: So, what does this mean for Richard Allen’s defense team? What’s their next step?
Greeno : Well, with this ruling, Allen’s defense team will need to pivot their strategy. They can no longer rely on the third-party defense theory involving Odinism or other individuals who have been cleared. They will need to focus on other aspects of the case to build their defense.
Casey: This ruling certainly changes the landscape of the case. We’ll be keeping a close eye on how Allen’s defense team responds and what new strategies they might employ.
Greeno : Absolutely. And for our listeners who want to stay updated on all the latest developments in the Delphi case, make sure to follow our podcast, Delphi Murders Rewind, available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
