Hair Simulation with the new hair system in Blender | 3.6 and +
Here's a short tutorial on how to simulate hair curves in Blender ! It uses cloth sim and proxy meshes, not simulation nodes. It's not for complete beginners but you'll be able to animate hair without extensive knowledge about geometry nodes or simulation.
