500 g pitted cherries
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 medium eggs
100 g sugar, a pinch of salt
Vanilla, almond extract
120 g flour
(I use 50/50 wheat and almond)
300 g cream or milk

180°C ~ 50 min (if you use frozen berries)
180°C ~ 35-40 min (if you use fresh berries)
