Windows 11 was the first Windows Operating System asking for the TPM 2.0 chip to enable. It was released on 5 October 2021, as a free upgrade via Windows Update for eligible devices running Windows 10.

If you have only 1 message the processor isn't supported for this Windows. You can follow this guide.
Run - cmd - regedit -HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
Then right click it, create a new - key - DWORD(32-bit) Value , then re-names it as AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
and then modify it to 1
Option 1. Windows 11 Installation (Clean)
BypassTPM Check =1
BypassRAMCheck = 1
BypassSecureBootCheck = 1
BypassCPUCheck = 1
Option 2. Windows 11 Installation (Upgrade)
Go to Windows 10 \x86\sources\appraiserres.dll
copy the appraiserres.dll then replace it into \ x86\sources\ of the Windows 11
Option 3. Windows 11 Installation (Upgrade)
Go to Bootable USB Windows 11 \x86\sources\appraiserres.dll
Delete appraiserres.dll
