With 1.4 coming to an end, the Windblume Festival and events are already fading from my memory. The only thing memorable was the ending cutscene with Venti. Although the story quest is fresh, what happened there will stick with me until either the next part of the story or when we get to Inazuma. That said, I am anticipating what's to come in 1.5 and currently expect it to be better than the whole of 1.4
