People keep dreading this badge, but I don't really get why, since I found it rather simple, all you need is a pair of headphones. Here is my stragety:

-Electrical Work 10% isn't that bad, you can still hear Rush/Ambush, and it even prevents them from breaking the lights.
-El Goblino's Payday is just a free 15% because you don't need gold.
-Out Of Stuff is also a free 15% because I don't really need any items, I even went Shopless, lol. But you can buy items at the start if you want.
-Locked And Loaded isn't all that bad for 10%, just listen for the keys. You could also take Key Key Key Key, but having ALMOST EVERY door locked is a bit too annoying and time-wasting to me.
-Last Few Breaths 10% can forgive a few mistakes, like looking at Eyes, even getting Screeched or Duped. Sadly, you cannot regenerate it because Out Of Stuff removes bandages.
-Bad Time 10% doesn't feel much different from normal DOORS.
-I'm Runnin' Here 5% is fine if you have somewhere to hide.
-Battle Of Wits gives a massive 15% just requires you to keep track of the room number, also Locked & Loaded sometimes drops the key in front of the right door or Rush opens it for you, lol.
-Think Fast 5% really doesn't change much about normal DOORS, just turn 180° and look up/down when Screech annoys you.
-Itchy 5% COULD kill you in combination with Locked And Loaded, but just listen for where the keys actually are and avoid opening too many drawers like I did, which got me bitten once. By the way, I HATE Soundproofing.
-Nosey 5% is very annoying and I hate it, but it's better than Come Back Here. I even thought about taking Last Breath so that I could leave out Nosey and Itchy, but that would obviously be more difficult.
-You Really Can Run 5% because Seek is totally fine without movement modifiers, you still have Guiding Light. I actually like the fact that more rooms are spent at the chase.
-Back For Seconds 10% should not be that bad, since Ambush is just a more annoying Rush. Just stay next to a hiding spot, preferably the one closest to the next door, and don't go opening them up like I did, that was stupid of me. And hopefully you will NOT get four Ambushes in a row like I did.
-Rent's Due 10% can be a problem with Ambush, but since Rush is runnin' here, it should be managable with decent timing.
-Watch Your Step 5% literally just spawns up to one Snare in a room, it's really not that big of a deal, unless it blocks your path.
-Room For More gives a massive 15%, even though it just activates A-90. I don't get all the hate people have for A-90, I love its mechanic. Its way of keeping you on your toes is very fun to me, and it's also fair and simple, it even gives you an (anti-)audio cue. Just make sure not to enter a hiding spot while A-90 is active, then the bug won't kill you. And don't inspect the code lock at the library either if A-90 is active, that will kill you. Just remember that it stops all other entities for you, and appreciate it for that.
-DON'T FEAR FAILURE. If you lose, you lose, that's fine. Don't stress over "having to win", it's just a game. Remember to breathe fully, stay hydrated, and most importantly, have fun. Because if it's not fun, why bother? I had a lot of fun playing DOORS with these modifiers.
