No touching the existing walls but you may add interior walls.
You may move the buildings but they must NOT touch (THIS MEANS NO CONNECTING VIA HALF WALLS, BALCONIES OR PLATFORMS).
You must include an INDOOR GARDEN. You can add foundations or platforms to the shell.
No changing height of half walls but can be changed to fences.
YOU MUST KEEP THE TRIANGLE BASEMENT.
Must be on 40x30 sized lot. Also no CC.
