Today we are going to discuss about AWS S3
• What is S3

We will be explaining you about AWS S3.
Basically, S3 is a safe place to store your files. And that's all it means by objects. So when we say object storage, we're talking about things flat files, basically. So Word documents, pictures, movies, etc.
And so the basics of S3 are as follows - it's object based, it allows you to upload files. And your files can be anywhere from zero bytes all the way up to five terabytes. There is unlimited storage and files are stored in these things called buckets.
We will also be discussing storage classes, data retrieval processes, SLAs etc.
We will also be sharing few tips related to S3, storage classes etc from examination point of view.
