Develop a 3D Survival Shooter Game In Unity - Preview
In past workshops, we’ve shown you how to use Unity to code simple 2D games like Flappy Bird. This time, we’ll take it up a notch by coding for 3D games on the platform.
In this workshop, we’ll show you how to build a top-down isometric 3D survival shooter game where your character will interact with objects in a 3D world to score points and stay alive! We’ll show you how to set up the environment (with the required lighting and music), setup the camera view, create movements for your player as well as the computer controlled enemies and set up HUDs + a UI to interact with all the elements.
Prerequisites:
Some programming knowledge
A laptop with Unity3D installed - this is a long installation so please ensure you have it on your system before the session https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download
