I finally got going on my first ever trip to Disney World Florida. 2 weeks in the most magical place on earth! My husband John and I are both Disney nerds and had an absolute blast adventuring around Disney World in Orlando! If you like what you're seeing then please do subscribe, it would be great to have you along :)
We have an unconventional first day in Disney World but I'd totally recommend doing what we did! We start at Disney Springs as we are there on Saturday so can go to Raglan Road for their Brunch with the band and have honestly such an incredible time. Would so go back and we LOVED the food. As two 'Irish on the insider's' we were in our element. We loved the massive cookies from Gideon's Bakehouse (that we ate over multiple days as they are legit HUGE) as well as popping in for a snack and drink at Wine Bar George - would also recommend. We enjoyed being in Magic Kingdom for the fireworks (we get an Uber/Lyft but you could have got Disney Transportation if you had spare time). We then potter around the quieter and more magically lit up areas of Magic Kingdom (Tomorrow Land is a good one for the evening as it looks incredible!) doing some rides like Autopia (even though I'm such a bad driver!) and chill rides like Winnie the Pooh while the queues were low to tick them off. We loved finishing the night on the carousel after meeting Cinderella herself (after Disney-bounding as her) as well as the newest princess to join the lineup - Eleanor of Avalore. We enjoyed wandering around the most magical celebration in the world for the 50th anniversary and it really was magical. We were just getting started! So many magical days to come!! Please join the adventure!!
The vlogs are from a perspective of me as an HSP (highly sensitive person!) telling you what rides are safe without earplugs(!) and which rides or shows have jumpscares. I'm very jumpy and don't like really loud things or big shocks, so I'm your guide for telling you what's what in the Disney Parks.
Please do subscribe to join in for the forthcoming series. Now we are in America have made it to Disney World Florida, then The Grand Canyon, Vegas and Yosemite. Please feel invited to press the notification bell if you haven't already and leave me a cheery comment below, I'll read 'em all!
Thank you to John, my husband for propping me up during the edit of this vlog and being a general babe!

♥ Our AirBnB ♥
Come and stay with us at The Hutch! We rent out our home as an Air BnB and have a double bedroom (kingsize bed) or our single bedroom (loft bed) available in Kings Cross. Feel invited to get in touch if the whole apartment (all three bedrooms including 2 king, one with an en suite and 1 single) would work for you and your folks for a holiday. If you might need a comfy bed and a peaceful overnight in London, please 'favourite' our property so you can find The Hutch again in the future easily, and it will help others find us too. Even if it currently says 'unavailable' do be in touch as there may be something we can do :)
