You can easily let your Twitch chat control your overlays and trigger images or sounds based on words they use in conversations. This how to will show you where you enable that and then let your imagination be the limit with what you can use this for! This does have cooldown settings shown, etc as well to keep things under control. This is not meant to be an extensive triggerfyre/channel poijnts setup guide as there are plenty out there. We will touch on that a bit in this video though.

Side benefit, if you multistream and have a bot such as restream or botisimo sync your chat from Trovo, Youtube, etc keyword triggers from those chats will still be triggered once those messages are seen on the Twitch side!
