FIX Elgato Game Capture Sound Audio Delay or Out of Sync
This is a fix for OBS sound delay with an external capture card like the Elgato HD60 x Elgato HD60 or HD60s, HD60 S+ etc. This is for the tricky issue where audio is fine at first, but throughout the stream/recording and over time game audio gets out of sync.
