Luigi Bros. is a remake of the classic 8-Bit arcade game, Mario Bros., available after completing Super Mario 3D World or Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.

In the game, the player takes control of Luigi with the modern color palette, while player 2 takes control of Luigi with the color palette of Super Mario Bros Luigi / Fire Luigi. Luigi goes through various stages, getting harder after every stage.

Game B is generally faster and more difficult compared to game A. In order to play, players have to click on the Luigi icon in the bottom right corner. On the title screen, it does not say "MARIO BROS." like before, instead saying "LUIGI BROS."
